Question

Is this event kid-friendly?

Answer

When planning for the weekend, think Adult Summer Camp. Camp Lane is a large campground in a park setting abutting a river. It is a beautiful location with the same planning needed for other outdoor adventures. New friends, adult beverages, (mostly) family-friendly games, and natural dangers that occur in the wild (rivers, tree roots, unstable terrain, etc.) require careful attention and adult supervision at ALL times for any children in attendance. Plan ahead according to what works best for your family in deciding to RSVP with children.

Question

Is there tent Camping?

Answer

One of the things we love most about Camp Tie the Knot is the opportunity for everyone to share in the full summer camp experience together. We know accommodations have been a topic of conversation, and we've gone back and forth on different options. In the end, we've chosen to stay true to the spirit of the weekend and keep everyone together on-site whenever possible. If you have a camper van, truck camper, or similar setup, you're welcome to use it. We do have a limited number of RV and camper spaces available, and those spots have already been reserved. As with any great summer camp adventure, some guests may be bunking alongside people they haven't met before. We'll do our best to make thoughtful accommodations and ensure everyone is comfortable throughout the weekend. We're incredibly excited to share this experience with all of you and can't wait to spend a memorable weekend filled with laughter, connection, and a little bit of adventure along the way!
