FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal We’d love for our guests to dress up and look their best! For men, a suit and tie works perfectly (a tux is optional). For women, a long dress or a nice cocktail dress is great. Think classic and a little dressed up, but still comfortable enough to celebrate and dance all night.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm, please arrive around 4:30pm, no later than 4:45pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place completely outdoors as long as weather permits. The reception area will be covered.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be shuttles taking guests to and from the hotels listed under the room blocks. The first shuttle will arrive at 4pm to take guests to the ceremony. If you are driving, there will be parking at a grassy lot near the venue.

Question

What do I do if I get into town early?

Answer

After our rehearsal dinner Friday night, we’ll be at Spirit & Bower (the downstairs bar at the Grand Bohemian Lodge). We’d love for you to swing by and say hello!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
