3:30: guest arrival at wedding venue
4:00: ceremony begins
4:30-6:00: cocktail hour
6:00-8:00: reception begins / 3 course dinner service
Dancefloor opens after dessert course
10:00: late night buffet
11:00: First shuttle will depart to bring guests back to Kanata
1:00: Event ends, 2nd shuttle will bring guests back to Kanata
