Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is NO PARKING available at Juniper Lodge. Please use the shuttle from I-70 El Rancho Station Park & Ride. 29962 US-40 Evergreen, CO 80439 United States

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be outside but shaded by beautiful evergreen trees! The reception will also be held outside under a shaded area. There will be full access to an indoor bar area and rooms to sit in air conditioning if wanted.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

What should I wear?
Answer
Please wear whatever feels comfortable for a summer mountain wedding. Dressy casual, semi-formal, sundresses, button-downs, slacks, nice jumpsuits, and comfortable wedding-appropriate outfits are all welcome. The ceremony site is reached by a dirt/natural trail, so we recommend shoes that can handle uneven ground. Stilettos or delicate heels may be difficult.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Umbrellas will be provided if rain is forecasted!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Colorado mountain weather can change quickly. July afternoons in Evergreen are usually warm, with average highs around 79°F, but evenings can cool down significantly. We recommend bringing a sweater, light jacket, or wrap for later in the evening.
