WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, March 26, 2022. If your plans change, please reach out as soon as you know so we can update the RSVP.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off! So, unless your child is listed as an invited member of your party, we kindly ask you to make arrangements for childcare.

CAN I BRING GUESTS / +1'S NOT NOTED ON MY INVITATION?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

We will be serving dinner, drinks, and desserts. Due to venue restrictions, we will only be serving lemonade, iced tea, and water.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see you get all dressed up and celebrate with us! So, the dress code for our wedding is Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dress shirts, blazers, and slacks.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK?

Answer

Eugene Faith Center has a large parking lot in the back of the church off of W 14th. There will be signs with balloons to help navigate you to the parking areas and the main entrance for the ceremony.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag: #ColeMates423 so we can see them too!

ARE YOU CANCELING / RESCHEDULING DUE TO COVID-19?

Answer

The safety and health of our family and friends is our utmost priority. As of right now, we will not be canceling or rescheduling the wedding. We are constantly talking with the venue and monitoring the COVID-19 trends to see if we will need to make a change to our final guest list. If we need to reduce our guest count to meet safety recommendations, we will notify those impacted guests as soon as possible. We will continue to update this portion of the website as more guidelines are available, but we may require masks and social distancing for our guests. Also, we ask that if you are feeling unwell the day of the wedding, please stay home.
