Please RSVP by December 20, 2026. To help us finalize our headcount, any missing responses after the deadline will be counted as a 'not attending.' We'd love to celebrate with you, so don't forget to reply!
To ensure we remain within our venue's maximum capacity, we are unable to extend invitations to children outside of those participating in the wedding ceremony. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for the evening, and we thank you in advance for your understanding. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
While we love the Florida sunshine, February evenings can get surprisingly chilly! The dress code is cocktail attire, but since the celebration will extend outdoors, we highly recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl if you tend to get cold easily. We will have patio heaters scattered throughout the space to keep everyone cozy, but an extra layer will ensure you can dance the night away in comfort!
Since we'll be celebrating outside, chunky heels, wedges, or flat dress shoes are your best bet! Save the skinny heels for another night so you don't get stuck in the grass or twist an ankle on the rock pathways. Don't worry though—the pavilion area for the reception is a solid concrete slab, so the only time you might twist an ankle there is if you dance too hard!
Please plan to arrive at or after 3:30 PM. When you pull in, venue staff will be there to show you to the parking location and direct you toward the ceremony space!
Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you submit your RSVP so we can ensure our caterer accommodates you!
Drinks are on us! We will be hosting a selection of beer, seltzers, and wine throughout the evening.
We’ve hired an amazing photography team and want you to be fully present with us. We kindly ask that all phones and devices be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We promise to share all our professional photos with you later! (Feel free to snap as many photos as you want at the reception!)
Last call for the bar will be at 9:30 PM, and the celebration will wrap up at 10:00 PM. If you plan to drink, please do not drive! We want everyone to be safe both during and after our event, so we highly recommend pre-scheduling an Uber or Lyft, or coordinating with a designated driver ahead of time. Thank you for helping us end the night safely!
Our precious dog, Lilly, will be attending the ceremony and the beginning of the reception! This day will be a whole new adventure for her with a new location and so many wonderful people. Please be extra gentle and caring if you are around her, as she might be a little overwhelmed from the stress of making her own grand entrance!
