Pitch in and help get the venue ready for the fun! Flowers, table settings, seating charts, signage, electronical things, etc... many hands make light work. A sign up to follow. Thank you in advance!

Find parking, enter to the left side of the venue. Patio will be open - sign your seats by 3:15 p.m. Ceremony begins at 3:30 p.m.

We know everyone would come if they could. But if you’re not able to make it, please join us online for the ceremony and for the first half of the reception. Wedding ceremony on the rear patio vista. Enter on the left side of the venue. Front rows will be reserved for the bride's and groom's families; all other seating are open.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Have some drinks and an appetizer while the wedding party takes their photos. Enjoy mingling on your way to finding your seat assignment!
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We can't wait to celebrate our marriage with your presence! After the cocktail hour, we will continue the celebration indoors with both the usual and unusual, including an open bar featuring wine and beer, a few fun activities to get acquainted with one another, dinner, and all of the typical wedding reception speeches, first dances, music and dancing, cake cutting, a bouquet dedication, and a sparkling send off!

We will need some folks to help remove all ceremony/reception decor and items that were brought in, and help restore the property to pre-party condition. Thank you times one million for all of your support and help! We couldn't do it without you!
