Please plan to arrive at the parking area 30-45 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and shuttle transportation.
There will be signs directing where to park your vehicles half way down the dirt road by the large shop (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SXdVmSav5UakJB3s9). There will be a shuttle to take you to the ceremony and reception location (https://maps.app.goo.gl/jUVp7rGp4xuqDDAE6).
Western Formal Think elevated western with a polished feel. Nice jeans or dress pants are welcome, paired with a button-down or pearl snap shirt (please no t-shirts). Sport coats are encouraged but optional. Dresses or dressy jumpsuits are perfect, and western boots are absolutely welcome. Please note the venue includes gravel and soft ground, so wedges, block heels, or boots are recommended, no stilettos. Wedding colors are black and forest green, so feel free to wear shades of black and green if you’d like.
As much as we love all of your children we are asking that there are no children at the ceremony or reception. We hope you can find childcare arrangements. If it is necessary for your child to attend please reach out to me in advance.
