Kiersten's Side- I wasn't expecting Ryan. As a sucker for a good love story, I've heard that's how it always happens. The first time I met Ryan I thought I had car issues. It turned out I didn't have any problems with my car, but God knew I had to meet him. I instantly turned to one of my best friend's and told her there was just something about Ryan that intrigued me. She looked at me as if I was crazy. He barely talked. But now I knew I had a handy man down the street. With this in mind, I found things that Ryan could come over to my place to fix. He would come over, I'd offer him a beer and we would talk. A lot. We developed a routine of losing track of time and greeting the sunrise for weeks. Shortly after, I started finding things on my doorstep he would leave for me during his lunch hour. He would then go on to offer my carless roommate a ride to work every morning. I was quickly learning he was thoughtful, kind, totally selfless and a gentleman. It was weeks later I was walking him and my roommate to the door to work that he pokes just his head through the door way and looks at me with those big brown eyes. So I leaned down and kissed him without thinking... it just felt natural. I closed the door, walked a step and then it hit me, that was in fact our first kiss. There was no big lead up, no big to do about it. The kiss was a normal have a good day at work kiss. In that moment, I knew he was The One. We were so natural. It wasn't long before Ryan never went back to his place. Our relationship came with such ease and comfort that we never gave two thoughts to if we were moving too quickly. To this day he still doesn't leave for work without kissing me goodbye leaving us both to reminisce on our first kiss. I've always had people tell me when it's right, it's right. When you know, you know. Now I can say with confidence, they knew what they were talking about! And my friend now admits I wasn't being crazy when I knew I had to know more about my future husband!

Ryan's side- When a gorgeous redhead comes to your shop to have her car looked at because it was making a noise and needed an oil change, I would never have imagined that one day in the near future I would be asking her to be my wife. What started as liking someone that I had only spent seconds with and then tried to make conversation with anytime I had the chance. Then led to casual hanging out at her place with friends while doubting she had any interest in me. Going home to sleep wasn't as appealing as staying up until i had to work at sunrise to have long talks about anything and everything with her. One day right before I left for work I built up the courage to finally attempt that first kiss. But when I did it felt natural and right. Since then I get butterflies in my stomach every time I see her. I had no idea she would actually like me back. I would make sure to rush home after work to get a nap before I headed to her place. Luckily it was only 2 blocks away. The naps weren't actually necessary as I did not want to sleep while she was around. Her generosity and caring nature made me want to be a better person gave me a new outlook on life. I have without a doubt that full confidence that together we can overcome any obstacle that presents itself to us. Her motherly nature towards our dogs and future animals before we have them makes me more than excited to begin a life, farm, and family with her. It's amazing whats God's plans involve, I can't imagine a more perfect life that he has laid out for me and soon US. Forever and Always.
