Consistently rated one of the top zoos in America--the zoo has tons of things to do and see, including food and rides!
Bridge park has tons of yummy restaurants, cafes, and lots of beautiful walking paths (including the foot bridge). If you're thinking of going out to eat, we'd recommend making a reservation ahead of time if you're able, as these pleaces are pretty popular on the weekends. Our favorite places to eat are Valentina's, Cap City, Urban Meyer's Pinthouse, Local Cantina, Kitchen Social, and REBol. If you're looking for some entertainment too, there is a PINS as well!! FUN FACT: The pedestrian bridge is where we got engaged!
Walk across the pedestrian bridge in Bridge Park and you'll find "Old Dublin"! There are even more restaurants and walking paths over here to explore. Our favorite spots for lunch & dinner are Condado, Tucci's, and Dublin Village Tavern, and if you want a sweet treat after, definitely stop in Jeni's ice cream! For get-togethers and drinks, we also love Getaway Brewing Co.
Closer to home for us is "Downtown Powell"! There are lots of cafes & restaurants in the area, as well as tons of family- or locally-owned shops. They also have a farmer's market on Saturday mornings. Our favorite spots to eat here are Kraft House No. 5, Oishii Japanese Bistro, Elliot's Pizza, Local Roots, Koble, and Novella! If you're thinking of grabbing a drink, we love Ill Mannered, Nocterra, and Kraft House (all are family friendly)!
If you're up for a bit more of a drive, downtown Columbus is only about 15-30 minutes from the hotels. There is tons to do and see here--we really enjoy the Short North & German Village!
