If we’ve learned anything over the past 2 years, it is to be flexible. Currently, the Kimmel Center (where we are hosting the ceremony and reception) requires proof of vaccination and masks upon entry. Masks are optional once guests are upstairs in the venue space. We encourage everyone to make the best choice for them and their family and completely understand if you do not feel comfortable attending the wedding, even if you have already RSVP'd as attending. We have organized a livestream of the ceremony for those who are unable to attend in person. If you feel unwell or are exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the days leading up to the wedding, please take a PCR test prior to your attendance. Thank you for your understanding and please email us at hagertyarcherwedding@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
All guests over the age of 18 are required to bring: A Photo ID (e.g., driver's license); Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (this could be a photo of your vaccination card), and; a Face Mask. Guests under the age of five do not need to show a negative PCR test. Once you are upstairs in the Hamilton Garden for the ceremony, masks are optional.
Yes, the Kimmel Center requires all visitors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (not including boosters) with proof of vaccination upon entry. Valid proof of vaccination includes: vaccination card or a photo or digital copy of proof of vaccination. Children under 5 do not need to show proof of a negative COVID test if they are accompanied by a vaccinated adult (this is a change from their previous policy). If you have questions about this policy, please feel free to email us at hagertyarcherwedding@gmail.com.
Masks are required to enter the Kimmel Center due to their event policy. However, since we are hosting a private event, masks are optional as soon as you are upstairs in the Hamilton Garden (where we are hosting both the ceremony and reception). We encourage everyone to make the most comfortable choice for them.
We ask guests to use their best judgment in the days leading up to the wedding and ask that you take a COVID-19 PCR test if you are feeling unwell prior to your arrival or had a known exposure.
We will email all guests who are not able to attend the wedding with a link to the livestream for the ceremony, which will take place on Saturday, June 4 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Stay tuned!
