Drop by to say hello! Appetizer and soft drinks will be available. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the hotel bar and brought to the Bluebonnet Room.

Formal attire
Transportation to and from the venue will be available by motor coach. The bus will pick up guest from the Fairfield Inn, 930 W University Avenue, Georgetown at 4:15pm and will depart at 4:30pm. The bus will make several return trips to the hotel between 9pm and 10:30pm.
