When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 13th, 2025.

What is the address?

Answer

1636 Bishopville Road, Falmouth NS. Located about 15 minutes from Windsor and Wolfville. The venue name is The Barn at Sadie Belle Farm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive about 20 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning. Please do not arrive earlier than 4pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that you please leave the kiddos at home :) Your invitation will state directly on it who is invited.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a large field with plenty of room for parking. You can leave your vehicle parked overnight if you wish to, however please plan to come pick it up before 10 am the following morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No! We have hired a trusted photographer and videographer to capture these moments. Please enjoy being in the moment with us and I promise we will share our photos with everyone afterwards!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes and no! We want everyone to feel comfortable in what they are wearing, but please leave the white home for the day! The ceremony will be taking place outdoors in grass, so this is something to consider when choosing shoes. The evening may become chilly, however we will have blankets on-site as well as a fire-pit that will be running all evening.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

You do not need to bring a gift to attend our wedding! If you would like to give a gift, cash to go towards our honeymoon would always be appreciated :)

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No! Unfortunately due to licensing guests cannot bring their own alcohol. There will be a CASH bar on-site. All drinks will be $2.50. Please remember to bring cash with you!

Are there accommodations?

Answer

There are not accommodations on-site however there are several options nearby. Please see the "travel" section of the website for a full list of hotels in the area. Don't forget to check Air BnB as well!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When RSVP'ing, the invite will state exactly who is invited and if that includes a plus one or not. Due to limited capacity, we ask that guests please respect the invite list and do not bring a plus one unless otherwise stated on your invitation.
