We got Married! We love you all! Thanks for coming <3

We met through Hinge, the dating app, as strangers not expecting much. It didn't take us long to figure out that we actually went to the same high school, with Ryan only a year above me. While we didn't really know each other in high school, this connection paved the way to the start of our relationship. Along the way we also discovered a mutual interest in the medical field of which we both worked as Rehab Techs at the time. We both knew after the first date that while this was something unexpected, it was also something that was going to change both our lives for the better. And the rest is history.

As our three year anniversary was approaching, I (Ryan) planned a weekend getaway to celebrate. All I knew was I wanted to make this weekend one to remember and knew I wanted to propose to the love of my life, so I thought, "you know what would be romantic? If I recreated our first trip together, The Lodges at Gettysburg" So for the month leading up to the weekend away I made an itinerary with as many things I could remember that we did together on that trip, starting with a ghost tour around Steinwehr Ave. I rented the best cabin I could get, at a great price might I add, made the reservations, and made sure I was as prepared as I could be. On that Saturday, 07.22.2023, after dinner we returned to the cabin, I got down on one knee, surrounded by rose petals, and asked the girl I fell in love with to be mine forever. She said YES!.....thank goodness. Now the next chapter is about to begin, and we are so excited.
