Flight
If possible, look for flights into Burbank, which is only 5 miles from the hotel and much closer to the reception venue than LAX. It is smaller and easier to navigate on your way out as well. You'll feel like you're in Old Hollywood when you disembark from the plane directly to the tarmac.
