We got maui'd!

Due to COVID we have opted out of the large traditional wedding for an intimate celebration with our immediate families on May 9, 2021 in Maui. We look forward to sharing our special day with you through photos and videos and an informal celebration with you the next time we are in your area!

We had both recently relocated to Honolulu and joined MeetUp.com to meet other graduated 20 somethings living in Honolulu. The connection was instant and on a trip with friends to the North Shore we shared our first kiss on the beach in the moonlight! We spent the summer exploring the island together and falling in love. Within a few months we had made it offical and shortly after moved in together in Waikiki.

The news was reporting that the waves on the North Shore were reaching record hieghts. We decided to make it a day trip and spent the afternoon soaking up the sun while admiring the giant waves and gawking at the surfers as they dared to surf them. We sat on the same beach where we shared our first kiss and watched the sunset. As we enjoyed the sunset Ryan said lets take a selfie. He held up his phone and behind me he held up the ring. I was so suprised! Afterwards we shared a wonderful dinner at one of our favorite resaurants.
