What are the directions to parking for the wedding?

Answer

Google Map Gallatin River Hideaway. Take a left at HIDEAWAY 2 ENTRANCE from Norris Rd. The road will take you to the parking lot.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be outdoors. The Reception will be held under a large pavilion.

The wedding will take place at The Bridal Veil Venue at Gallatin River Hideaway #2

Where should I stay?

Answer

I have included some suggestions for Airbnb’s on the Travel page included in this website. Hotels in Bozeman and Belgrade are about the same distance from the venue. Belgrade will be closer to the airport. I would recommend booking a room ASAP!

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

We will have appetizers and an entree for our guests. There will be a selection of cocktails available as well as beer and wine. Non-alcohol beverages will also be available.

Will transportation be provided from the venue?

Answer

We are working on a shuttle service to transport guests safely from the venue.
