We're Eloping!

It was the spring of 2021. Julia had just retired from her 11-year professional ballet career and moved back home to Dallas. Finally free to attend holidays, weddings, and family gatherings, she was excited for her cousin Bryce’s wedding that summer. As Julia and her cousins boarded their flight to Cancun for the celebration, she casually scrolled through Bryce’s Instagram stories—until something caught her eye. Among the bachelor party shenanigans was the cutest groomsman she had ever seen. Now fangirling, Julia's cousins poked at Julia that she wouldn't be able to compose herself when meeting Ryan. Fast forward to the welcome party. Julia had just taken a seat at the bar with her cousin Marquette when she looked up—and there he was. Ryan had just walked in, and their eyes locked. According to Ryan, the moment he saw Julia, he thought, "Who is that girl?" and "I have to talk to her." Wasting no time, he walked straight up to her and said, "What are we having to drink?"
