Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to/from the hotel and the venue. The shuttle bus will depart FROM the hotel at 6PM 7/1 but will arrive at the hotel around 5:45PM.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are keeping our fingers crossed that the ceremony will be outdoors, but it will depend on the weather, if it is raining the ceremony will take place indoors. The cocktail hour will be both outdoors and indoors so guests can choose where to go during that time. Again if the weather is not in our favor the cocktail hour will be indoors. The reception will be indoors no matter what the weather is like.

Answer

Yes, if you look under the "REGISTRY" tab on our wedding website it will be right there. We have been living together for about five years now so we are only asking for money towards various experiences and our honeymoon :)

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, and so are suits/jackets and dresses.

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 7:00pm and the reception starts at 7:30pm.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We hope you'll be able to join us for our special day, with the save the date and the invitation there is a QR code that can be scanned which takes you to our wedding website to RSVP.

Please get us your RSVP by May 1st, so we have time to buy enough booze.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you reccomend I stay?

Answer

We have reserved at hotel block at the Marriott Melville of Long Island. Here is their address: 1350 Walt Whitman Road Melville, NY 11747 (631) 423-1600. If you click the travel tab on our wedding website and scroll down to "VIEW" you can access the hotel's website where you can book your say.

Yes, the venue we have picked is wheelchair accessible.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of curse dessert.

I have dietary restricions, what's the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

When you sit down for dinner a waiter will come over and take everyone's order, make sure to make the waiter aware of your dietary restrictions and they will accommodate your needs.

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we'd like that time to be unplugged.
