Can I bring a guest or date?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, meaning we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, your invitation will read "(Your name) & Guest". Thank you for understanding.

Are kids allowed?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event with the hope that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day with us! We are requesting dress code to be semi-formal to formal attire. The venue asks that shoes must be worn at all times, so please bring back-up dancing shoes if needed!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive to the venue by 4:15pm to ensure you're seated comfortably for our wedding to begin!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will be provided for our guests. Pick-up will be from the Hartford/Cromwell Marriott Hotel at 3:30 PM and 3:50 PM to bring you to the wedding. Return shuttles will depart from the venue back to the hotel at 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM. Please make sure you are on time to catch these shuttles, otherwise you will need to drive to the venue.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! The staff on site will direct you to where you should park, please let them know you are part of the Wroth/Reed Wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight you may do so.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors along with cocktail hour but the reception will be indoors.
