For those of you coming in from out of town we recommend staying in Manhattan, or in the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, DUMBO, Park Slope, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Downtown Brooklyn, or Carroll Gardens. Hotels or Airbnb are recommended.

The venue is located in Prospect Park - easily accessible (with a short walk) via public transit (F/G lines at 7th Avenue or 15th St - Prospect Park stations, or the 2/3 lines at Grand Army Plaza.) Uber/Lyft are also plentiful at all times day/night.

Parking in the area is extremely limited, so we do not recommend coming via car unless absolutely necessary.

We have a 10-room block at the Marriott Chelsea in Manhattan from Thursday evening through Saturday night at ~$349 for two doubles and $299 for a king room/night. Please use the information below. Needs to be booked by September 7 to receive the special rate.
