Yes, you can even leave your car overnight if needed.

Is there a shuttle?

Yes! There will be two trips before the ceremony, from the hotels to the venue. The first shuttle starts at 2:00 PM and the next is at 2:50 PM. After dinner, the shuttle will run every half hour from 8 PM to 12 AM. If you are planning to ride before the ceremony, please sign up for a trip at rjweddingshuttle.eventbrite.com

What is the check in time for the hotels?

Answer

For both Holiday Inn and Courtyard by Marriott, the check in time is at 3 PM. You can call ahead earlier in the day for early check-in but it is not guaranteed.

What if I can't check into my hotel room before the wedding?

Answer

You are allowed to leave your car parked at the hotel even if you are not checked in. Courtyard by Marriott can hold your baggage. For those staying at Holiday Inn, you will need to keep your baggage inside your locked car.
