Question

Is there anything I need to do differently at a Catholic Wedding?

Answer

Nothing major only a few small things. Our chapel does not allow food or drinks in the sanctuary. The virtue of modesty is important to our ceremony, please do not wear too revealing of clothes. For more information on dress code please reference our schedule page. Our ceremony will be a full Nuptial Mass with Holy Communion. Only Catholics who have had their first communion can partake in the body and blood of Christ. If you are not Catholic but want to receive a blessing you can approach the priest during communion with your arms crossed over your chest.

Question

Where do I sit during the ceremony?

Answer

An Usher will be present to help direct you to an available pew.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. If you are invited to bring a guest but decide not to please let us know at least a month in advance.

Answer

There will be a cash bar. Please bring cash if you wish to partake.
