Venue & Travel Details 🌿
Our wedding will be held at the beautiful Cowbell Creek in Austinville, with both the ceremony and reception taking place on-site. Please note, Austinville is a remote location and taxi or rideshare services are not available.
Travel Options:
Driving – There’s plenty of parking available if you choose to drive. If you plan to take the bus home, cars can be left overnight but must be collected by 11am the following day.
Shuttle Bus – A free return bus service will run from Broadbeach (outside the Meriton Hotel), returning there at the end of the night. The shuttle service is now full. Please see below more details for shuttle bus.
We recommend staying nearby on the Gold Coast, with Broadbeach being a great central option close to the shuttle departure point.

Shuttle Bus
The shuttle bus is organised for returns to and from the venue - it's vital you are not late. The bus will not wait for you. Strictly arrive at the meeting point (Surf Parade broadbeach behind the Meriton and across from the police station - see image above) at 12.45pm latest for a 1:00pm departure - we thank you for your urgency. Once you arrive please get your name marked off by the Bus Captain, Joanne Evans. Joanne's number is 0407 655 676 for any last minute needs, if they arise. Please note that a cleanup fee will apply from the venue to any guests who are unwell on the journey. Please remain mindful of the drive to/from the venue as it is in the hinterland and can be quite windy! Thank you.
