In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. if you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP
Please arrive at 100 Acree Wood between 3:50 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. CT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:30 p.m.
Shuttles will be available to take guests from their accommodations to the venue and back within Picton.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.
We would appreciate if all photos and videos were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything!
While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults only celebration
Our wedding meal is a family style menu. However when submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
the greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you).
We will be providing shuttle service from the venue at the end of the evening. For arrival, there is plenty of parking available on-site. Guests are also welcome to use ride-share services, arrange a designated driver, or carpool with other guests.
