The wedding will be held in Kula, which is considered "Upcountry" Maui and is located about 30 minutes from Kahului and the airport. Other towns in the Upcountry area include: Pukalani, Makawao, and Haiku. The nearest beach town is Paia on the north shore. These towns mostly offer short term rentals through airbnb and VRBO. We also recommend Kihei and Wailea along the south shore and Ka'anapali on the west side of the island. These areas have the most hotel options. Renting a car is highly recommended as Ubers & Taxis are not reliable. If this is an issue please let Emma or Ryan know.
