The Rome Airport is the easiest to fly in to.

An option for travel would be to take the train from Roma Termini to Napoli Centrale (About 1 hour, starting at 20 Euros) From Napoli Centrale, you will walk downstairs to the underground Circumvesuviana station and take the Circumvesuviana commuter train to Sorrento (About an hour, starting at 4 Euros, frequency every 30 minutes; unreserved train) You can then take the SITA bus or a private driver to Praiano
Train
An option for travel would be to take the train from Rome to Salerno (About 2 and a half hours, starting at about 20 Euros each way) From Salerno, you can take a ferry boat to Positano (About an hour or less, $20) If you are staying in Positano, you can taxi to your place or take a local SITA bus to Praiano for a few Euros
Train
The most cost effective option for travel from Rome to Praiano is the Marozzi bus. Their website is in Italian however I have listed steps on how to get through to the ticket selection. First, make sure that the option "Prenotazione" is selected. In "Partenza" enter "Roma" and for "Arrivo" enter "Praiano". In "Parti il" please select your date of travel. Select the "Andata e Ritorno" option below if you wish to see the round trip costs. The bus is about a 4 1/2 hour ride (with a bathroom/food stop) and the cost is about 20 Euro each way. The Marozzi Bus drops you off right in front of Tramonto d'Oro Hotel and you can then catch a local "Flavio Gioia Bus" for about a Euro which can take you down to downtown Praiano. If you're going to be staying in Positano, you can also select for the "Arrivo" (Arrival destination) to be Positano.
House Or Rental
The ceremony will be held in Positano and the reception will follow in Praiano. Both towns offer rental homes through Airbnb or VRBO.
