Like so many other happy couples, we found each other online! Ryan thought Drew was “hot” and Drew thought Ryan’s profile photos made her look a bit like a cat lady… but after our first conversation online about the benefits of fireworks, Wisconsin cheese and Mario Kart, he was hooked and wanted to meet in person. Our first date was one of the best first dates we had ever been on (says Ryan), with drinks and an impromptu basement comedy show! Although all our friends warned us to play it cool, we went on our second and third date in the immediately following days – and the spark was quickly tended into a flame. Drew made Ryan laugh, challenged her and pushed her to be a the best version of herself (and continues to do so every day). Ryan pushed Drew to think beyond fireworks, Wisconsin cheese and Mario Kart and see a future lived together to its fullest. Together we are not perfect people, but we are perfect for each other. This is a love for the ages.
