Are kids allowed?

Answer

We are happy to host our favorite little ones; however, please keep in mind that alcohol will be served, and we encourage you to use this as a date night!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Your invitation will indicate the number of seats reserved in your honor, including any plus-one you may have received. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love for everyone to dress up and celebrate with us in semi-formal attire! Gentlemen, please skip the all-black suits (black with a white shirt is totally fine) and leave the denim at home. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, as that shade is reserved for the bride! Also, a little tip: the ground will mostly be dirt and gravel, so we recommend to not wear any thin heels to keep you dancing all night long!

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started right on time! Guest arrival will begin at 5:00 PM, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Where can I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot before you turn in for the campgrounds, please mind that this lot can get full from people hiking Donut Falls and is a 10 minute walk from the site. We have rented out the entire campgrounds for our big day, and can accommodate parking at the Pine Grove and Ponderosa sites as well. Please try to carpool or Uber where possible!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be hosted outdoors, the weather this time of year is typically around 60-70 degrees, so plan for an extra layer as it cools off in the evening.

Is it a Cash or Open bar?

Drinks are on us all night long, at an open bar!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is July 3rd 2026, exactly 8 weeks before the big day. This is to ensure us and our vendors have plenty of time to finalize the proper accommodations for all guests attending!

Is everything in the same location?

Answer

The entire wedding will be hosted at Jordan Pines Campground, however, the ceremony will take place at the Pinegrove Site while the reception will be at the Lodgepole Site. We will provide signage to help guide you to the different sites!
