Everyone is invited to join pre-wedding festivities on Friday May 3rd! Find more details on the Schedule page. Golf Scramble: Golfers of all levels are invited to come play a golf scramble on Friday morning. This is a coordinated scramble for our favorite people to get together on an Arizona course while in town for the wedding. Be sure to include in your RSVP if you plan to play. The scramble will be held at The Legend of Arrowhead Golf Course. Cost will be $100 per person to include 18 holes of golf, range balls and golf cart. Limited club rentals available for $65. Golf club attire. Welcome Brews: We invite everyone to join us for Welcome Brews at the State 48 Rock House Brewery. The wedding party will plan to arrive around 7pm and light bites will be provided. The patio includes cornhole, ping pong, bumper pool, other games and TVs. The welcome party is casual attire. Cinco De McElroy: For anyone that is still around Sunday May 5th (Cinco De Mayo), meet us at the Courtyard Marriott pool to enjoy a Cinco de McElroy cold one! Please let us know if you can make it to these events on our RSVP page. We hope to see you there!
Our entire wedding will be held outdoors so dress accordingly! Ceremony will be held in the Rose Garden on the grass. Reception will be held in a cobblestone courtyard.
Arizona weather in May is warm, 80's-90's during the day with cooler nights.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Transportation via shuttles will be provided between the Blackstone and the Courtyard Marriott. See Travel page for details. If you are driving to the venue, you can enter Blackstone through the east security gate. Please give your name and the wedding name so they can let you in and give directions to the club. You can also Uber to/from the venue! Please note Ubers may be harder to come by at the end of reception. You may have to wait for a ride depending on availability but we will continue running shuttles from the venue to the Courtyard Marriott throughout the evening.
We will have 3 rounds of shuttles picking up guests from the Courtyard Marriott before the ceremony. Shuttle times outlined below: 2:45pm hotel pick up, 3:15pm Blackstone drop off 3:30pm hotel pick up, 4pm Blackstone drop off 3:45pm hotel pick up, 4:15pm Blackstone drop off
There is a parking lot at the venue that can accommodate all guests. Valet is also available.
Drinks are on us immediately following the ceremony! We'll meet you on the dance floor. Cash bar available before ceremony for anyone that arrives on an early shuttle.
