Ryan and Claire officially met in 2005 through Ryan's brother Matt, who was in the same 8th grade class as Claire at St. A's Catholic school in Napa, CA. Who would have thought that over a decade later Ryan and Claire's romantic relationship would begin! Matt & Claire both went to college back East and during this time, The Andre's graciously invited Claire to spend holidays with them while living in Manhattan. Through NYC trips, holiday breaks back in Napa and eventually an unforgettable BottleRock, Claire and Ryan began dating in 2019 while she was living in New York and he was living in California. Christian Troussieux would say Claire moved back to California to be near her family, and Ryan would say to be near him... Erin Andre would say it was the combination that brought Claire back to California.

If you know Claire, you know her love for Champagne has no end! When the opportunity to go to France with Claire's parents and Ryan's mom presented itself, Ryan chose Claire's dream proposal location - Ruinart Champagne house!

Ryan and Claire presently live in San Francisco. They feel lucky to have good friends and family near-by, and a close proximity to Napa!
