Hotel
We have a block of rooms reserved for Sunday night. Transportation between the hotel and the venue will be provided! NOTE: Rooms within the block are running low! We are doing our best to add additional rooms at the discounted rate, but unfortunately we may run out soon! If rooms run out, there are additional hotels in the area including a Hampton Inn across the street so that you may still take advantage of the shuttle. If you book a hotel room NOT within the block, please let us know so that we can have a proper count of people for the shuttle! 6/29/2026 Update: Rooms are still available for Sunday night, however our hotel and several others in Worcester are completely sold out for Saturday night. There are several other hotels within Worcester, including the AC Mariott in downtown Worcester and a Hampton Inn across the street, and there are a handful of hotels in Sturbridge that are about 20-30 minutes away from the venue, as well as several AirBnbs in the area! As a note, if you booked with our block/in that hotel, check in time is 3 pm. I have already contacted the hotel and unfortunately they cannot guarantee an early check in for the 20th, but they will hold bags for anyone that does not have enough time to check in before the shuttle leaves at 3:15. If you plan to get ready at the hotel before shuttle leaves, it is recommended that you check with the hotel closer to the date, as they may be able to address check in time more on a case by case basis.
Shuttle

We will have 1 to 2 shuttles that will be able to do round trips throughout the night, but the shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:15 in order to arrive on time for the ceremony.
