Wedding Party

Cassie

Bride

Ryan

Groom

Anna

Maid of Honor

Cassie and Anna met during their freshman year of college, and it didn’t take long for them to hit it off. They bonded over Marshalls runs, their shared love of food (especially chips and salsa during study sessions), and impromptu photoshoots. Anna’s laid-back, easygoing nature was the perfect counterbalance to Cassie’s high-energy, go-getter vibe. She played a key role in helping Ryan pull off the perfect proposal and had Cassie believing more than a few tall tales along the way. A fun memory they share; their trip to the Bahamas, where they snorkeled and made unforgettable memories together.

Jared

Best Man

Jared and Ryan's journey together began in 2001, at the Pottstown Hospital, when Jared was born. Despite having an eight-year age difference, Ryan quickly became a guiding figure in Jared's life. From offering advice on schooling and sports to providing invaluable insight into career ambitions, Ryan has always been a role model and mentor to Jared. Over the years, Jared has developed a passion for hitting the gym to achieve a solid pump, diving into books to expand his knowledge, and working hard to excel in making cold calls. The bond between them has grown even stronger as they now both work together at the same financial firm, continuing to share their professional journeys and life experiences.

Colleen

Maid of Honor

Cassie and Colleen were roommates in college. They navigated the highs and lows of college life side by side, from late-night study sessions to weekend adventures, forming a bond that would last long after graduation. Their shared passion of teaching, country music, and painting brought them closer together. Their days were filled with laughter that strengthened their friendship: late-night Wii Just Dance competitions that ended in giggles and exhaustion, Colleen doing Cassie’s makeup for nights out, and them swapping clothes. They shared everything, including an unapologetic obsession with cheese, indulging in it at any hour, whether it was a late-night snack or an impromptu cheese platter. And here’s a fun fact: Colleen can sing the states song in its entirety—make sure to ask her to perform it at the wedding!

Tom

Best Man

Tom and Ryan first crossed paths during their freshman year at Ursinus, bonding over their shared love for baseball. Over the years, their friendship grew stronger, fueled by a mutual passion for Philly sports and country music. In November 2023, Ryan had the honor of standing by Tom as one of his groomsmen. One of Ryan's favorite memories with Tom was the unforgettable concert they attended in Hershey, PA, featuring Keith Urban, Brett Eldredge, and Maren Morris. With front-row seats, the night became even more special when they got Keith’s autograph. Tom has always been a loyal and supportive friend, and Ryan is beyond excited to have him by his side on his big day!

Michaela

Bridesmaid

Cassie and Michaela first crossed paths as education majors, and their bond only deepened over time. After their sophomore year, Michaela made the decision to return to New York to continue her studies, but despite the distance, their friendship has only grown stronger. Whether they're shopping, hitting the gym, confiding in each other, enjoying nights out on the town, or laughing uncontrollably over a delicious homemade Italian meal from the Weishaus family, they always make the most of their time together. Michaela is the life of the party and will most likely be found dancing the night away on the dance floor.

Zach

Groomsman

Zach and Ryan grew up a couple of miles from each other and became really good friends in junior high when they played baseball together. They both attended Ursinus college and decided to become roommates Sophomore through Senior year. They shared countless memories at Reimert, playing Madden (where it was always a close battle), and being known as the “Bash Bros” due to their dominance in pong at pregames. In July of 2020 Ryan had the honor of standing next to Zach on his wedding day. A fun fact about Zach is that Ryan and Cassie’s wedding is only the second appearance of him not in shorts.

Adrianna

Bridesmaid

Cassie and Adrianna's friendship blossomed from their shared passion for helping others. In college, they both embarked on a winter immersion trip to Ecuador, where they had the opportunity to build meaningful connections, live in solidarity, and fully immerse themselves in Ecuadorian culture. This experience not only deepened their bond but also created a lasting friendship rooted in love and intentionality. Since graduating, they’ve stayed close, enjoying beach trips, self-care days, and dancing their hearts out together. A fun fact about Adrianna: she has a strong love for traveling and exploring the world, having visited 13 countries.

Shane

Groomsman

Shane and Ryan first met in high school but truly became great friends early in college. While Shane attended West Chester University, he was such a frequent visitor at Ursinus that everyone there just assumed he went to school there too. The two spent countless weekends at Reimert (the college dorm), creating memories and enjoying each other’s company, and they shared a love for country music, attending several concerts together during the summer months. A fun fact about Shane is that his all-time favorite song is "Brokenheartsville" by Joe Nichols, a track he presumably still listens to in his new home of Nashville, TN. YeeHaw!

Shannon

Bridesmaid

Cassie and Shannon have been friends since their freshman year of high school. Over the years, their bond has only grown stronger through countless shared experiences—after-school hangouts, soccer practices and games, mission trips, and memorable vacations. Shannon has a vibrant personality that shines in everything she does. She loves watching Flyers games, cuddling with her dog, and coaching Special Olympics basketball, where her infectious energy and positivity make a lasting impact. Shannon has a unique ability to brighten anyone's day!

Alex

Groomsman

Cassie and Alex first crossed paths in Spanish class during their sophomore year of high school, but their friendship truly blossomed when they embarked on mission trips together. By senior year, Alex invited Cassie to prom as friends. After high school they remained friends visiting each other at college, sharing relationship advice, and traveling together. In his free time, Alex is passionate about mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. A memorable adventure for them was when Alex, Ryan, and Cassie climbed Mount Rainier in Washington, making for a fun and unforgettable experience.

Cathy

Officiant

Cathy officially became Cassie’s aunt in 1999, but ever since Cassie was born, people have often confused their names. Cathy always jokes, “Wait a minute! I came first!” Despite the mix-ups, Cathy has always stood out with her fun-loving spirit, infectious personality, and unwavering determination in everything she does. Over the years, the two have created countless memories together—riding waves at the beach, playing mini golf, enjoying meals at delicious restaurants, and Cathy styling Cassie’s hair in beautiful braids. Even though Cathy lived in Chicago and Cassie in New Jersey/Pennsylvania, Aunt Cathy has always felt like a second mom to Cassie. She's been a constant source of support—a great listener, a shoulder to lean on, and the perfect person to share belly laughs with. Their bond is one of a kind, built on love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Mary

Flower Girl

Mary is Cassie's first cousin once removed (Cassie's cousin Sara’s daughter). She’s a bright, multi-talented young girl who excels in gymnastics and dance, and can often be found with her nose buried in a book or embarking on an adventure. Mary has a natural curiosity and loves when Cassie reads to her, soaking in every word with excitement. She’s also always eager to show off the latest tricks she’s learned, whether it's a new dance move or a gymnastics stunt. Over time, she’s become fond of Ryan, along with her brothers and have all formed a playful alliance. It’s safe to say she’s given her stamp of approval!

Patrick

Ring Bearer

Patrick is Cassie’s first cousin once removed (Sara’s first son). When Patrick was born, Cassie couldn’t contain her excitement about having a new baby in the family. Growing up, she was always the designated “babysitter” during family events, a role she loved. Patrick has always had a curious and adventurous approach to food, always willing to try new things. One of Cassie’s fondest memories of him is from a film class project, where we filmed Patrick and his brother making homemade pizza. Patrick stole the show when he playfully put olives on his fingers and snuck some cheese when no one was looking. He enjoys wrestling, completing puzzles, watching sports games, and helping his grandma in the kitchen, always eager to lend a hand. Most importantly, Patrick gave his stamp of approval when it came to Ryan, confirming that he was the perfect match for Cassie.
