What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 2:30 PM and close 5 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will be directly followed by cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres in the Grand Ballroom. Buffet style dinner will be served during the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself! We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire is recommended.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We highly recommend you either walk from your hotel/AirBnb if possible, or use a rideshare app due to limited parking at the venue. If choosing to drive, please ensure you give yourself extra time, as White Room guests are not permitted to park in the O.C. White's restaurant parking lot. There are many pay-to-park lots located near Flagler College, walkable distance from our venue.

We kindly ask that all of our guests RSVP by August 15th, 2024. We hope we get to celebrate together!
