Carley: It was Freshman year of high school and my friend Meghan Navarro had just been asked to a dance by this boy named Ryan. As she was telling us all about him, he rounded the corner dressed in slacks, a button-up, and tie for his basketball game--It was love at first sight! His hair was FLOWing and I couldn't have been more smitten! Ryan: Shortly after we started dating, we attended a campfire at a friend's house. Someone had the idea for 'partner hide-and-seek', which was code for going somewhere dark to kiss. Carley proceeded to drag us off to hide in the thorniest blackberry bush, where she crouched hyper-vigilant for the next 20 minutes, shushing me if I tried to talk. After this first look at the drive, competitiveness, and honesty that's housed behind her exuberant friendliness, I realized I had found a winner!

Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual, but that doesn’t mean it has to be boring! Feel free to wear a fun-colored shirt/tie/suit, a favorite floral print dress, bright red shoes, or anything else that makes you happy. We want everyone to be comfortable and in their favorite celebration attire! Dinner is outside, but should be finishing just before the sun sets. That beings said, it can get quite chilly at night (45-55°F ) so you may want to bring a coat!
