Point Judith, RI to Block Island: There is a high-speed option, no car, or their traditional ferry, which is the only ferry to the island that allows cars. Cars are not needed on the island! It's very walkable, and there are taxi vans everywhere. The schedule runs about every hour to and from the island- you need car reservations well in advance if you choose to bring your car. Close to Providence Airport and Boston Airport

Westerly Airport

New England Airlines flies small planes from Westerly, RI, to Block Island, RI, hourly. The flight is very short, we've never done it but want to!
