Provide the Event (Hansen-Garrett Wedding), the event dates (December 6-8, 2024), and the Group Code (HANGAR) to the reservationist to ensure availability and receive the discounted group rate. 3. The reservationist will explain the lodging availability and assist each guest with completing their reservation. 4. A confirmation email will be sent from our reservation system. Please review and confirm all details are correct for your stay. 5. Please be sure all reservations are placed as soon as possible, but no later than the Release Date (November 1, 2024) to ensure discounted group rates and availability. Any reservations not guaranteed with a credit card will be released on this date.
