Ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be outdoors in the courtyard adjacent to the reception space.
Although it will be difficult to estimate the weather on the day of, we are happy to prepare you for the typical climate in Estes Park in September. Get ready for crisp mornings, warm afternoons, and cozy evenings with average highs in the 70s and lows in the 30s.
Once you turn down MacGregor Ave, keep an eye out for Twin Owls Lane. Follow this road until you reach a fork in the road. Turn right at this fork. The Boulders will be on your left-hand side.
There are 42 parking spots available outside of The Boulders itself. Additional parking is available near the lodging office.
An open bar offering a selection of wine/beer will be available for your enjoyment. Do not forget to bring a valid ID if you wish to enjoy an adult beverage. No outside alcohol will be permitted.
Unfortunately, The Black Canyon Inn cannot accept group room block reservations. If you wish to stay at The Black Canyon, contact them directly for availability. Reservations are first come, first serve.
We kindly ask that all guests refrain from electronic device usage during our ceremony. No photos, no texting, no scrolling. We are striving for an unplugged ceremony. If you must use your phone, please step out and address your emergency in private. We do however encourage you to capture moments throughout the weekend before and after the ceremony.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift/card to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. If you prefer, all the gifts in our registry can be directly sent to us.
