For now I can provide the information I have to best support you. “We usually recommend the hotels near Concord Mills/Charlotte Motor Speedway. This area is 30 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport and 30 minutes from the venue so a very convenient location. Plus there are lots of fun things to do in the area and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. It's also 20-30 minutes to uptown Charlotte if your guests are interested in visiting that area. Another option if people are driving from the north are the hotels at exit 60 off I-85.”
