Manuel Antonio National Park
The number one attraction in area - a beautiful national park with tons of wildlife. The park is open every day except tuesdays, year round, including holidays, from 7am to 4pm.
White Water Rafting with Amigos del Rio
Highly recommended tour with intense rapids in the wet season! Will likely be a bit calmer in February during the dry season.

Delicious homemade falafel - this restaurant is surprisingly wildly popular
For the Vibe: El Avion
This restaurant overlooks the jungle and has an airplane hanger in the middle of it. We went here for cocktails, the view, and monkeys (monkey's not guaranteed).
Recommended by others but I haven't personally tried: La Luna Restaurant
This is supposedly the best restaurant in Manuel Antonio. Make a reservation in advance. Higher end dining.
