We kindly ask that you arrive around 3:30pm as our ceremony will promptly start at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive to the venue early to allow time to park and to find your seat.
As flattered as we are that you want to remember our special day, we ask that you refrain from taking photographs during our ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photography team to capture our special day so you don't have to. We want you to be fully present in sharing this moment with us. Photographs are welcome at our reception.
Due to limited venue space, plus ones are predesignated. If you are allotted a plus one, you may find the name "guest" under your personal RSVP.
While we love all your little ones, we respectfully request you only bring children that are included in your invitation.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held inside. There will be an open air courtyard that will be accessible during the reception. Feel free to bring a light jacket if needed. The weather during this time should be pleasant, but may get chilly in the evening.

Yes, an open bar will be accessible during our reception. The drinks are on us, but we ask that you please drink responsibly. Us, along with our families, have been looking forward to this day and would love to remember this night for all of the right reasons. Please join us in creating a cheerful, respectful, and family-friendly environment.
Please be safe and make ride arrangements if you plan to drink! Aylin Acres is an Uber and Lyft accessible location. Cars left at the venue overnight run the risk of being towed.
