When Ryan and Aurin met on a mission trip to chicago in 2015, Ryan's first words when he saw Aurin were simple: "Dibs" he said to his best friend. Little did he know what was truly in store for him. The two would not see eachother again until the same mission trip the next year, but they most definitely did not stop thinking of eachother. After the second mission trip, they both felt sparks and their feelings for eachother were undeniable. Later on that summer, they attended the national youth gathering in New Orleans. They spent most days together and stayed up late every night texting each other. Ryan knew he liked her but he just didn't know how to make a move. Luckily Aurin finally decided she couldn't wait for him to make the first move and decided to tell him how she felt. July 22nd, 2016 marked the start of a beautiful relationship filled with love and kindness. After being long distance for about 7 years, they were finally able to live in the same town of Knoxville. They look forward to celebrating their commitment to love with all of you!
