When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all our guests RSVP by May 16th; our venue needs the appropriate time to prepare for our special day! Please RSVP for both the Welcome Dinner and the Wedding day.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Our resort offers round-trip airport service; the link is under our travel tab. If you follow our recommendation and book with our travel agency, you can add to the round-trip transfer for a discounted price. Please be aware you have to provide the hotel with your flight information at least 4 weeks prior to departure.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

At our resort, you can enjoy a limitless variety of food. If you have a specific allergy or intolerance, if you let our resort know beforehand, the chef will analyze and monitor your plan.

Is there a dress code?

Ladies, feel free to break out the bright & floral colors! Gentlemen, from lightweight suits to linen pants, are great! It is important to us that our loved ones are comfortable and enjoy our events.

What if I don’t book with liberty travel?

Answer

If you decide to use another source for travel, we ask you provide us with all guests in your rooms information including first and last name, confirmation code, room category, check in & check out dates so we can add you separately to our event.
