Talk about unexpected. Going through 4 years of high school knowing each other but never knowing what would happen in the future. Our paths in school never crossed for long, with the occasional classes together and friendly side chat. It was something neither of us expected, but we always had an eye for one another. After graduation, a big buildup of courage pulled us into catching up with one another, and everything felt so natural. A first date of mini golf, lunch, and the driving range turned into an all-day hangout. All we wanted from that first day was to be together and spend every day together. Our comfort with one another made falling in love so easy.

After ring shopping and holding the ring for 4 months, Ryan proposed during sunset on the beach in Lavallette, NJ where we had one of our first dates. The shore holds a special place in our hearts. What was thought to be a girl's trip turned into such a beautiful and special surprise, everything felt so perfect. We celebrated our engagement with close friends and family for almost the whole weekend (Luna, too!)

When you share your life and vulnerability with another person, it can be scary. But when it comes to how our love story unfolds, loving one another has always felt easy. Over the years, we’ve built a life centered around sharing everything together — learning, growing, traveling, and making memories side by side. Our careers and lifestyles are demanding but making that time for one another is something we prioritize. Whether we’re exploring somewhere new or simply enjoying a quiet night at home, our favorite part of life has always been doing it together. We’re so grateful for the life we’ve created and even more excited for all the moments still ahead.
