The Ceremony will be outdoors and the Reception will be in a mostly-open tent. While we will have heaters located around the tent, it is October in Vermont and can get chilly after nightfall. Please dress in layers and choose comfort over fashion! We care more about seeing you than seeing your nice outfits :)
We're happy for you to bring any children under approximately one year of age, but for older kids we ask that you connect with us if you will need to bring them with you. If you do have a young child, we will have two babysitters on site who have experience with infants. They will be available if you would like them to care for your baby for any period of time.
Yes! If you have an allergy or a dietary restriction (other than vegetarian or vegan) please let us know so we can make sure our caterer has options for you.
The ceremony will take place at 4pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes beforehand to have time to arrive at the ceremony location and get settled. The ceremony is located in the woods up a gravel path. We can arrange a golf cart for those who would benefit from that -- please let us know if this is the case.
There is parking at the Henry House for anyone who needs it.
We will have an optional welcome party on Friday night and farewell brunch on Sunday morning. Please see the "Schedule" page for more information.
Because it is October in Vermont, hotels in the area will book up fast with leaf peepers. Please see the "Travel" page for more information on recommended lodging, and let us know if you are unable to find suitable accomodation.
We will follow up with more information on shuttles closer to the date of the wedding.
We recognize that everyone is traveling for our wedding, and do not expect additional gifts. The best gift you can possibly give us is your presence! For those who feel so inclined, however, we are registered through Zola.
