Shuttle Pick Up from Fort Collins Marriott to Ceremony

IMPORTANT NOTE FROM A & R: Our wedding venue only has a few parking spaces. We request our wedding guests take our complimentary shuttle to the ceremony, as the few spaces will be used by the bridal party who must be there early. We look forward to seeing you there! This complimentary shuttle will pick up at the Marriott Fort Collins and will make a stop in Estes Park for those that want to drive to Estes Park or if they want to explore Estes Park after the wedding ceremony and before heading back to Fort Collins for the reception. There are two shuttle departures from the Fort Collins Marriott: 7:00am and 7:15am. Please plan to be at the entrance of the Fort Collins Marriott 10-15 minutes before the shuttle departure. The 7:00am bus is slightly larger than the 7:15am bus. RETURN: After the ceremony, the shuttles will depart the chapel at 11:20 and 11:30am. After stopping in Estes Park, they will arrive back at the Fort Collins Marriott at approximately 1:00pm.

We request our wedding guests take our complimentary shuttle to the ceremony, as the few spaces will be used by the bridal party who must be there early. We look forward to seeing you there! If you want to explore beautiful Estes Park further or drive yourself up the mountain, this option is ideal for you! This complimentary shuttle will pick up at the Estes Park Visitor Center. The shuttles will stop here on the way back from the ceremony, as well. Please park in the Estes Park Visitor Center Parking Garage and walk across the bridge to the visitor center to pick up the shuttle. There are two pickup times at the Estes Park Visitor Center: 8:05am and 8:20am. The shuttles will only load for 2-3 minutes, so please be there 10-15 minutes early to be safe! RETURN: After the ceremony, the shuttles will depart the chapel at 11:20 & 11:30am, arriving in Estes Park for dropoff at approximately 11:40 & 11:50am.

We are requesting formal Western attire for the service! We know our friends and family are incredibly good-looking and may opt to show that off, but please keep in mind that this is a traditional service, and bring a shawl or jacket to wear over the top. Due to the intimate nature of our ceremony, we kindly request that children join us for the celebration at the reception only. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Shuttle Pick Up from Fort Collins Marriott to the Reception
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
For your convenience, a shuttle will take you from the Marriott Fort Collins to the reception and back again. This is perfect if you're not in the mood to drive or just want to party it up! There are two pickup times at the Marriott: 3:10pm and 3:20pm. Please be at the entrance of the Fort Collins Marriott 10-15 minutes before the shuttle departs. The 2nd shuttle is slightly larger than the first. There will be multiple return times from The Covey back to the Marriott: 8:30pm (early bus), 9:30pm, and 9:45pm. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves or take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.

This event is vintage western inspired, time to break out the cowboy hat and dress boots!
This event will include cocktails and dinner. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP! The menu will be gluten-free in honor of our bride. Please RSVP for the Reception by May 24, 2025.
