Vaccinations are not required for entry to the INN or the event itself. Masks are optional. Regardless of vaccination status, a negative Covid test will be required for all attendees and participants, taken either 10/30 or 10/31 (after your arrival in Washington, for those flying in). We ask that anyone experiencing flu-like symptoms refrain from attending, as the space for the ceremony will be limited in size.
The dress code is business casual. Halloween costumes are allowed during the ceremony and encouraged for the reception. Guests can either wear their costumes during both the wedding and the reception or change in-between. If you’re already staying at the INN at Gig Harbor, feel free to take the time before the reception to change in your rooms. For those not staying at the INN, yet wanting to change, there will also be a coat rack to hang any costumes on before the ceremony, as well as bathrooms available to change in before the reception. We only ask that your costumes are appropriate around young children (no gore or adult themes).
Washington weather at this time of year will likely be around the 50s, with a good chance of rain. Both the wedding and reception will be held indoors at the same location.
We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible
The INN will be holding a block of rooms for those attending the wedding at a 15% discount until 2 weeks prior, by which point any unbooked rooms will be released.
There will be free parking at the INN.
