FAQs

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We would love for our guests to make a weekend out of our wedding and take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Whether you're exploring local attractions, going wine tasting, or simply relaxing, we hope you have a wonderful time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire — think in between cocktail and black tie. Please refrain from wearing an all-white, cream, or ivory outfit. Please also note that the ground surface will either be gravel or grass the entire event.

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP online in the "RSVP" section of this website no later than June 30, 2026. Kindly note: If you don’t RSVP, we won’t be able to save you a seat.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, plus ones are only included if they appear with your name when you RSVP, at which point you’ll be prompted to enter their full name. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. The average high temperature for September in Pala is mid-80s and the average low is low- to mid-60s.

Question

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in the same location?

Answer

Yes, all events will take place at the same venue. However, please note that each portion of the celebration may require a bit of walking within the estate. If you think you may need assistance, kindly let us know in advance — a golf cart will be available to transport you comfortably.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, on-site parking will be available. However, please note that space is limited, and vehicles may be blocked in. We recommend arriving early and carpooling when possible.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please note that our ceremony begins promptly at 2:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony's scheduled start time to account for the time needed to park your vehicle (or get dropped off at the estate entrance) then walk to find your seat (about a 5min walk). Please note: Five minutes before the ceremony begins, our wedding planners will pause guest entry. Anyone arriving after this time will be asked to wait in the parking lot until the ceremony concludes.

Question

Can I Record or Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We know you’ve been waiting for this day as much as we have, and we want everyone to be fully present in the moment. Please keep your cell phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. Professional photographers and videographers will capture all the special moments, and we’ll be sure to share the photos and videos with you afterward.

Question

IS THERE CELL RECEPTION AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, but it can be limited at times—think El Potrero in Guatemala vibes (lol). We recommend downloading anything important beforehand and being present with us in the moment!

Question

Alcohol Consumption:

Answer

While we absolutely want everyone to relax, celebrate, and enjoy this special day with us, please note that the venue has a strict policy regarding guests who appear to be over their limit. Additionally, the estate is located high in the mountains with cliffs throughout the property — so for your safety and the safety of others, please drink responsibly. ❤️
