We first met in Emmetsburg back in 2019. What started as a silly class project quickly turned into something special. Ryan and Amber met at the Wellness Center in Emmetsburg — Ryan was swimming for his health class while Amber was recording footage for a video editing project. Ryan accidentally bumped into Amber, and that simple misunderstanding led to endless adventures. Since that day in 2019, Amber and Ryan have tackled high school, college, new jobs, moving, traveling, adopting their puppy Wrigley, and so much more together. Through every stage of life, they’ve been each other’s biggest supporters — celebrating the highs, growing through the challenges, and finding joy in the everyday moments. From late-night study sessions and long-distance weekends to spontaneous road trips and quiet nights at home, their relationship has always been built on laughter, love, and partnership. After six amazing years, a few moves, countless road trips, and one very spoiled pup, Ryan finally popped the question — and Amber said yes! Now they’re ready for their biggest adventure yet: saying “I do!"
