What time do I need to arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to begin arriving at 3:30 PM to allow enough time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal attire for our wedding celebration. Think cocktail or long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button-down shirts, slacks, and suits. It will be warm! We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with everyone looking their best!

Where should I park?

Answer

Guests should enter the venue from N Signal Butte Road upon arrival. Please follow the drive toward the large sign that says “THE BARN.” A large open parking lot will be located behind the venue, with plenty of open parking available for all guests. Handicap parking will be available as well.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by September 1st so we can finalize our seating and food accommodations for our special day. If you are not able to RSVP by this date, there will not be a seat provided for you or a meal available day of the wedding.

How should I get there?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. Our venue has a designated parking lot with plenty of space available for all guests upon arrival. We also recommend using Uber to and from the venue for guests who choose to drink during the reception.

Guests are to only bring a date or plus-one if it was specifically included on your RSVP or invitation.
